What MirrorBox is
MirrorBox is a free bio link where friends send you anonymous notes, questions and songs. Every message lands in your private inbox first, and nothing appears on your page unless you choose to pin it. Senders don't need the app or an account: anyone with your link can write to you from a browser.
You can reply on your story, chat back with an anonymous sender (who can choose to reveal who they are), and collect the "describe me in 3 words" cards your friends send into a portrait of how they see you. MirrorBox works in any web browser, on Android, and in 19 languages.
Why we built it
Some things are easier said anonymously: a compliment, an honest opinion, a song that made someone think of you. Most anonymous apps make everything public or leave you with no control. We wanted the opposite: a private inbox you own, where you decide what anyone else gets to see.
Safety comes first
Spam and hate filters are on for every account by default. Blocking, reporting and muting take one tap, and you can mute words, choose who can message you, or pause your inbox at any time. Accounts require a birth month and year, the minimum age is 13, and reports are reviewed by our moderation team. Read the Community Guidelines to see what isn't allowed, and the child safety standards for how we protect younger people.
