What MirrorBox is for

MirrorBox is a place for kind questions, honest notes, songs, memories, and small moments of connection. Keep messages human, relevant, and welcome. Before you publish a card, consider whether the person who sent it would expect it to be shared.

Keep people safe

• No credible threats, incitement, instructions for violence, or praise of violent wrongdoing.
• No encouragement of suicide, self-harm, eating-disorder behavior, or dangerous challenges. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
• No hate or dehumanizing attacks based on protected characteristics.
• No harassment, bullying, stalking, targeted humiliation, or coordinated abuse.

Respect privacy and consent

• Do not share private addresses, phone numbers, passwords, financial details, or other sensitive personal information.
• Do not post intimate images or sexual content without clear consent. Any sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited.
• Do not impersonate another person or use someone’s identity to deceive people.

Keep the service usable

• No spam, phishing, malware, scams, repetitive bulk messages, or deceptive promotions.
• Do not bypass rate limits, scrape private data, probe accounts, or interfere with the service.
• Respect copyright and only share material you have permission to use.

Reporting and enforcement

Use the in-product report controls when available and include enough context for a moderator to understand the issue. We may hide content, limit messaging, suspend accounts, or permanently ban serious or repeated violations. We consider context and safety risk; enforcement may happen without advance notice when necessary.

Appeals and urgent safety concerns

If you believe an action was a mistake, use the appeal path shown in the product or contact support. For an immediate threat to someone’s safety, contact local emergency services first. Contact the safety team for urgent platform concerns.
